Mister Ludo sells clever kitchen tools, manual food processors, peelers, choppers, a range of products particularly well suited to live demonstration. The brand was already running live shopping sessions on TikTok Shop, but without structure: an audience that dropped off within minutes, no written sales script, and an irregular broadcast rhythm that prevented any real audience loyalty.
The diagnosis pointed to three areas of work: the narrative structure of the live, the broadcast rhythm, and the offer mechanics. We built a fixed weekly calendar, a looping sales script organized around flagship products, and focused work on the first two minutes of each session, the window during which a newly arrived viewer decides whether to stay.
Occasional sessions, no script or calendar, an audience that never became loyal, with retention dropping sharply after the first few minutes.
A loyal audience on a weekly appointment, measurable attendance peaks, and a channel that became predictable in its revenue contribution.
